BCH Vision and Goals for 2025
What is BizConnectHub (BCH)
It's a Non-Profit organization to connect aspiring entrepreneurs, Business people, start-up founders and leaders.
How it runs
This network will be run by a group of visionary leaders and Core Committee members. It will grow with no limit on the number of members who want to be part of helping more entrepreneurs. The plan is to form a team 100 for each state, and a BCH Local Club for each PIN code.
The guidelines that we all need to follow to run the BizConnectHub Networking Platform efficiently
1. No limit on the number of meetings to attend.
2. Meetings will be organized by a minimum of 100 with online booking payment and lunch/dinner.
3. BCH Local Clubs will be formed for each PIN Code with at least two organizers
4. BizConnectHub will organize the events all over India. Volunteers are welcome to be part of a growing community.
5. Every meeting needs to be organized with lunch/dinner for an INR.99 entry fee. This fee will help us build quality connections. Free Entry is strictly restricted to allow only serious people to attend.
6. Meeting length will be 4 to 6 Hours with 1 hour pitch by hosts and sponsors.
7. Hosts and sponsors will only pitch their businesses to the participants . 10 hosts for every meeting. Everybody is allowed to pitch in BCH Local Clubs based on the time availability.
8. Host fee: INR. 999+ and Guest Fee: INR. 99 ( GST will be introduced soon)
9. In any situation, the Entry fee will not be increased. But encourage sponsors and Hosts to cover the expenses.
10. Your businesses can be promoted on BizConnectHub website for 90 Days at free of cost by becoming a Host/Sponsor.
11. BizConnectHub will help every business with digital marketing tools, social media public groups-10,000 WhatsApp groups, 1000s for telegram groups, facebook groups for promotion at zero cost.
Goals for 2025
1. Everything needs to be managed online - Payments, Booking, and Attendance to make the entry process easier. Adopt technology at every possible case. BCH Android and iOS App are planned to lauch soon.
2. Aimed to sell ONE lakh members / visitors tickets in 2025
3. Targeted 1000 events in 2025 all over India
4. Building a team of 100 Core Committee members for each City
5. Every BCH Club should be profitable from the 4th Meeting.
6. Encouraging 1000 businesses to list on BCH e-Commerce website.
7. Generating 100 crore business for BizConnectHub members businesses.
7. One Local Club for each PIN Code in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vizag, and Vijayawada. Interested people whio want to form a local club can contact us.
What is BCH Local Club
BCH Local Clubs are formed to take the BCH to every PIN Code of India. A local club operates at PIN code level to connect with local people for supporting small busines owners.
Guidelines to run the BCH Local Club
1. Every meeting needs to be organized with Lunch / Dinner. Free meetings strictly not allowed.
2. Number of participants should be a minimum of 10. Every meeting needs to be organized with a minimum of 7 Days notice, so BCH will promote to reach the maximum.
3. Identifying the Venue Sponsor and Food Sponsor for each meeting. Increasing the number of sponsors and Hosts to cover the expenses.
4. A minimum of 2 organizers are mandatory to start the Local club with a minimum of 10 visitors/members in the first meeting.
Guidelines to make the BCH & BCH Local Clubs more Sustainable and Profitable
1. Never prefer Hotels or Commercial spcaes unless they offer 100% discount on the venue.
2. Always choose the community halls, co-wroking spaces, new establishments to promote their brand or office space of one of the members.
3. Never buy food from the hotel, always arrange food from local restaurants and caterers.
4. Encourage new brands and start-ups to promote their business in these meetings.
5. Always maintain the books for each rupee spent and maintain 100% transparency. Remeber people are watching us.
6. Strictly prohibited to allow the members including admins to promote on the BCH WhatsApp groups. WhatsApp groups are ONLY for information sharing not for promotion. BCH meeting venues are for Promotion. Encourage more people to join the meetings to promote their business. BCH will share 10,000 groups of various social media public groups for promotion at free of cost.
7. Protecting the BCH Network is everyone of US top priority. So, take decisions wisely with minimal restrictions and rules.
8. Always encourage the people with talent, innovation, energy, creativity, and network to join the BCH Network.
9. No one is big or small in BCH. No room for anyone to show authority. Control everything with tools,strategies, and technology.
10. As usual, BCH Core Committee is ready to improve the overall members experience. Encourage everyone to participate in surveys to share their candid feedback.
11. Funding the new BCH Loal Clubs to make them profitable in 4 weeks.

Auto-Disqualification Criteria
Please note that failure to meet the above criteria will result in automatic disqualification from the Core Committee. It is essential to expand our network to multiple locations with minimal issues.

- The Core Committee page will be updated city-wise by the 7th of every month.

- No separate intimation or notification will be provided in case of disqualification. But the leadership team is open to discuss and resolve every query / dispute.
